"Tax Man" seems pretty upbeat, but it is actually about corruption—the intertwined corruption between the state and the education system. The state mandates the education system to create drones even if it is a privately owned entity.
And the privately owned education system makes so much money that people can't pay for it in a lifetime. At the same time the state taxes you on it.
